The Schwertner Community Center

 The Center is located in Schwertner at the intersection of FM 487 and FM 1105, about 6 miles east of Jarrell, Texas, Exit 275 on I-35 or 5 miles west of Bartlett, Texas.

The Center includes a large kitchen and serving counter, an ample entrance way, bathrooms, and banquet hall with a capacity of 250 people. A smaller area between the kitchen and banquet hall is adequate for smaller groups of 50 people. Chairs, tables and some serving utensils and vessels are provided. A large, shaded back porch with benches and an open, grassed area are on the back side of the Center.

Rental rates are set forth in the Rental Agreement and are strictly followed to maintain the Center and the public investment that makes it available.

Charges to repair damage and unusual cleanup will be pursued.
